My name is Julie Hodges and I am the Director of
Cafe Blueprint Ltd and have been providing independent consultancy services for over eight years. In addition to a raft of hospitality craft qualifications and training and management qualifications I have over twenty two years hands on experience in the hospitality industry.
I have recently returned to the U.K.after living and working in America and Australia for eighteen years. During my time away I worked in resort management, hospitality lecturing owned and operated a successful restaurant and ran a
training and hospitality consultancy business.
On returning to the U.K.to be nearer my family, I have opened a cafe and restaurant in Gairloch on the West Coast of the Highlands of Scotland. Having established the
restaurant side of the business I have now recently
expanded into the training and consultancy facility.
